Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! 

But just in case, we offer returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

 

• Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused, sellable condition, with the original label/packaging completely intact.

• Wound Yarn: Yarn that has been wound into a ball or cake cannot be returned or exchanged, as it is no longer in its original state.

• Odors and Pet Hair: Items containing pet hair or any lingering smell (including but not limited to smoke, pet, perfume and cooking odors) will not be accepted for return or exchange.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, special-ordered items, needles, hooks, books, patterns, and notions are final sale and not eligible for return.

• Digital Items: PDF patterns and digital items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us at shana@yarnovermiami.com within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
